The members of the domain name council will be appointed by the foundation board of the IPA according to the proposal of the board of directors. In this regard it is paid attention that the board corresponds to a representative profile of the Austrian internet community. The membership is bound to a person and not to a company, and it expires after two years. The re-appointment of a person is possible. The domain name council elects a chairman and a deputy from the group of its members.
